: What areas of London do you cover?

: Our carpet and upholstery cleaning services are available in most London areas.

: How do I pay for your cleaning services?

: Our options for payment are cash upon completion or bank transfer upon booking of any cleaning service.

: Are there any additional fees for your services?

: No, there are no additional fees. The only charges you have to consider are congestion charges, if applicable, and covering parking fees for our teams if free parking is not available.

: What if I want to change or cancel my appointment?

: That will not be a problem. Though, we work on a tight schedule so, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to do so, you will have to pay a £50 fee!

: What if your cleaners damage something in my property?

: Although we take extreme precautions when cleaning a property, accidents sometimes do happen. We will repair or replace anything that gets damaged or broken by a member of our team. Furthermore, after carpet and upholstery cleaning some signs of wear and tear might be revealed and we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear not caused by us.

: Can I book a cleaning service for the weekend or a Bank holiday?

: Yes, we work 7 days a week and no additional fees apply for weekends and Bank holidays. However, weekends tend to be busier than the weekdays. So, for better availability we highly recommend early bookings.

: How long will it take for your cleaners to come?

: Cancellation fee of £50 applies only if the service is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for cleaning or if the customer fails to provide our cleaners with access to the property.

: Do I have to be present at home at the time of cleaning?
